Background

VPB was the first dedicated professional Private Equity Fund Manager in Botswana. Founded in 2002, VPB is the largest and leading Private Equity fund manager in Botswana, with a firm and disciplined approach to Private Equity investing.

The investment team combines domestic Private Equity investment skills with the experience of managing international and regional Private Equity capital.

VPB will form and manage its third private equity fund (VPBIII). The fund will make significant minority equity and equity related investments in companies located in the SADC region.
