We partner with our clients to find attractive private investment opportunities. Molash has a track record of finding, structuring, implementing, closing and exiting private equity transactions.

We are eager to hear from principals or their representatives about businesses in which we are able to acquire a significant, or minority, controlling interest and that meet the following acquisition criteria:

•	The business has a strong management team in place
•	The business has sustainable competitive advantage evidenced by:
	- a demonstrated consistent earnings power; - a history of strong cash flow generation; and - a good historic return on equity.     We prefer not to participate in auctions and request an indicative offering price prior to commencing discussions.
